SHIPPING

MelaCellular Cosmetics prices are shown in Australian dollars and are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes the Australia Post tracking number that you will be able to use to track your order.

Standard shipping is free of charge for all orders Australia-wide and delivered on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please allow 5 -10 working days for deliveries in Australia.

International orders are charged 20 dollars. Orders delivered outside of Australia may be liable for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase, which will be decided by your government. 

Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather.

RETURN POLICY

Products must be returned unopened in new condition and within 14 days of delivery receipt. We are happy to offer free change of mind returns with a full refund. We will refund your purchase price, excluding your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.  

We only accept returns purchases from melacellular.com.au.

Products purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Please email info@melacellular.com.au  with the following information: 

  • first name and surname; 

  • email address;

  • contact telephone number; 

  • order confirmation receipt.

We will get in contact with you once we receive your email with the return details. 

You can reuse Melacellular packaging to reduce waste or use similar packaging and pack your item securely. 

Drop off your return at any Post Office
You can print your return shipping label at the post office - simply present your return label email on your phone. Please note that from the date of receiving the return shipping label, the parcel must be posted within 14 days to qualify for a full refund.
 
You can track the delivery of your return to our warehouse via the Australia Post Portal.
Simply enter the tracking number you received via email when you booked your return at the Post Office.
 
Once the parcel arrives back, our returns team will inspect the condition of your return. If accepted, the refund will be processed and you will be contacted via email. Refunds take approximately 10 business days to be credited to your account.

If you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
